Axas888 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the axas888 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account at axas888. Opening more than one account — whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. axas888 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration. You must update your account details should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. axas888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access took place and that it was promptly reported to us.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the axas888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). axas888 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Boost and GrabPay e-wallets, and other payment options listed in the platform's deposit section.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and are subject to change from time to time. You are responsible for checking the current limits before making any transaction. axas888 is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from limits imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawals, axas888 reserves the right to carry out security checks and identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.

Axas888 Liability Limitations
Axas888 provides its online betting platform on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or meet any specific user requirements at all times.
Axas888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. axas888's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Axas888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, failure to provide requested identity verification documents, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Where an account is closed due to a breach, axas888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance for which the conditions have not been met. Valid original deposit funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal provisions.
